Obìa Olive Oil

Voted One of the Best Oils in the World

When we say Obìa has been voted among the best olive oils in the world, we are referring to recognition from the most selective international olive oil competitions and industry institutions. These organizations evaluate thousands of oils each year through blind tasting, chemical analysis, and strict production standards.

The olive we primarily use, Nera di Villacidro, is rare, found only in our area of Sardinia, but its famous in the olive oil competiton world. Judges favor this olive for its exceptional harmony and flavor clarity. Beyond that, we work hard to ensure quality at every step of the process. We harvest early, produce in small batches, handle the fruit gently, and mill using state-of-the-art Mori-TEM technology. The result has been recognition by the leading competitions & industries in the EVOO world: Leone D'Oro, New York International Olive Oil Competition, Flos Olei, Italy's Monocultivar Catalog, and more.
