Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and on time. Please review the information below carefully, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of these shipping terms.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery distance. Customers may select their preferred carrier at checkout from UPS, USPS, or FedEx.


Processing & Shipment

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed.


Signature Delivery

To protect high-value shipments, orders over $300 automatically include signature confirmation at delivery. On any order, may add the option for a signature delivery at checkout for $7.50.


Insurance Coverage

All orders are insured against loss or damage while in transit. Coverage applies only during the carrier’s possession of the shipment.


Undelivered or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 30 calendar days of the ship date so we may initiate a carrier investigation or insurance claim on your behalf. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 calendar days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged items and original packaging. Once damage is assessed and confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund.


Delivered but Not Received (Theft)

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier and includes proof of delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.

That said, we understand these situations can occur and are willing to review theft-related cases on an individual basis. Please contact us at hello@obiaoliveoil.com within 30 calendar days of the ship date, and we will review the details and advise on next steps.


Address Accuracy & Secure Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure delivery location and using signature confirmation whenever possible, especially for high-value orders.
