That's why we make every bottle of olive oil traceable and work only in small batches on our gmo and pesticide-free family olive groves. Buying olive oil directly from the farmers is the best way to ensure the product you're getting is real.

Blue Zone EVOO

The same cultivar used in the region of the longest-living men in the world (Olgiastra, Sardinia) is the same cultivar that we use in our olive oil (Nera di Villacidro, also known as, Nera di Oliena). Because of the high levels of polyphenols in this cultivar of EVOO - we believe it is a contributing factor in the health and longevity of the Sardinian blue zone population.
