The Best of the 2024 Harvest

These two limited-batch oils are the best of the best, selected for their exceptional quality, balance, and flavor. Handpicked by our family and reserved for international competitions, the Producer’s Reserve is now available for you to enjoy at home.

Each oil is a monocultivar, meaning it’s made from a single variety of olive, offering a pure and distinct expression of that cultivar. The first is Nera di Villacidro, the variety we’ve used for generations and the foundation of our signature oil. The other is Bosana, an acclaimed Sardinian cultivar that we’re excited to introduce for the very first time.

We encourage you to taste them side by side. Notice the subtle differences in fruitiness, bitterness, and aroma—an opportunity to explore the incredible range of flavor that Sardinia’s olives have to offer.

An Award-Worthy Bottle

Each year, the character of a harvest is shaped by a unique blend of natural elements—rainfall patterns, temperature swings, olive maturity, and overall grove health. While every batch we produce reflects our care and traditional methods, there are always batches that stand out. For our 2024 harvest, one of those oils was the batch produced exclusively from Nera di Villacidro olives grown in our Seddus grove, in the countryside of Villacidro.
